CLUB MISSION STATEMENT

Strengthen the spirit of archery through fellowship, competition, and ethical hunting.

THE CLUB TODAY

Desert Archers home range is located in the Tucson Mountain Park just West of Tucson, AZ. The park archery range consists of eight practice bales with ranges from 10 to 65 yards and three walking courses with 14 targets per course with ranges from 10 to 80 yards. During our monthly club 3D events, we close the walking courses and set up two new courses with 15 to 20 3D targets per course. Every target is set up to simulate an actual hunting situation. Club shoots are open to club members and nonmembers alike.

No matter what equipment you shoot (longbow, recurve, or compound) there is someone in Desert Archers who shares your interest.

FUTURE PLANS

Our goal is to continuously recruit new members and cultivate active board members to promote the growth of archery. The club continually upgrades and increases the total number of 3D targets available to set up courses. Sponsors are always welcome to off-set the cost of club operations.

MEMBERSHIP

Single memberships are $40.00 and family memberships are $50.00. Single members get a $10 discount on all club shoots. Family memberships receive a $10 discount for each adult family member up to a total of $20.00 max per family. All yearly memberships are from January to December. You can apply for a Desert Archers membership at any club shoot.

Huachuca Mountain Archers and Bowhunters in Sierra Vista will honor a Desert Archers membership for their club shoots.
